Trimate
Terms of Service
Effective 7 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Trimate app. By creating an account you agree to them. The short version: train sensibly, the plans are guidance not medical advice, and be decent about how you use the service.
The service
Trimate generates personalised triathlon, running, cycling and swimming training plans, guided workouts, and nutrition guidance. Plans adapt to the information you provide and the training you record. We work hard to make the guidance sound, but outcomes depend on many factors we can’t control.
Not medical advice
Trimate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Training plans, intensity targets, and nutrition suggestions are general fitness guidance. Consult a doctor before starting a training programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell during a session. You are responsible for training within your own limits and for your safety in open water and on the road.
Your account
- — You must be at least 16 years old to use Trimate.
- — Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- — Provide honest information — plans built on inaccurate fitness data can prescribe inappropriate training.
- — You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to break, reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the service; don’t use it to infringe anyone’s rights; don’t resell or redistribute plans or content at scale.
Purchases
Trimate is currently free. If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly in the app before you pay, and purchases will be handled by the App Store under Apple’s terms.
Content & intellectual property
The app, its training engine, recipes, and content are ours or our licensors’. Your training data is yours — see the Privacy Policy for how it’s handled and how to export or erase it.
Third-party services
Optional connections (e.g. Strava, Apple Health) are governed by those providers’ own terms. We’re not responsible for their services.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimate is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from training decisions made against the guidance above. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under UK consumer law.
Ending or changing the service
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and may modify or discontinue features. If these terms change materially we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
